Role: Motion Graphics Designer
Client: Disney+
For this promo, I designed the on-screen kinetic type captions and title treatments, working to match the tone and identity of the show itself.
The typography style was the biggest creative challenge. I chose to approach the captions as kinetic type with real syncopation, a jumpy, cut-on-the-beat rhythm rather than smooth continuous motion, and it's a style I hadn't worked in for a while, so I spent time re-learning the timing and spacing choices that make that kind of type feel intentional rather than chaotic. I used the Loki show's own title logo as a design reference, matching the way its lettering builds and scrolls, and went through a long process of testing fonts to find a combination that read as "Loki" while still working cleanly for all the titles
